2 By the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing;
so on the seventh day He rested from all His work.
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy,
because on it He rested from all the work of creating that He had done.

Benefits of Massage According to
Ellen G. White:
Enhances Circulation:
Massage can help stimulate blood flow, which is crucial for delivering oxygen and nutrients to the body's tissues and organs.
Relieves Pain and Promotes Relaxation:
By stimulating the release of endorphins, massage can help reduce pain and induce a state of relaxation.
Beneficial for the Weak:
White saw massage as a valuable tool for those who were too ill or weak to exercise, allowing them to still benefit from movement and stimulation.
Part of a Holistic Approach:
She advocated for massage as part of a broader approach to health that includes proper diet, exercise, and trust in God's healing power.
Modern research supports many of the benefits that Ellen G. White highlighted. Studies have shown that massage therapy can:
Boost Immune Function:
Massage can increase the activity of natural killer T-cells, which play a vital role in fighting off infections.
Reduce Stress and Anxiety:
Massage therapy can lower levels of stress hormones and increase levels of mood-boosting hormones like serotonin and dopamine.
Improve Sleep:
By promoting relaxation and reducing stress, massage can indirectly improve sleep quality.
Help with Chronic Pain:
Massage can be an effective tool for managing chronic pain conditions.

Prayer: Is the channel of communication between our souls and God. God speaks to us through His word; we respond to Him through our prayers, and He always listens to us. We cannot weary or burden Him by our frequent heart to heart communications. Pr 3.2
We have come to serious times. Events in our world call upon every follower of Christ to be totally in earnest in our relationship with God. To strengthen this relationship and satisfy our emotional and spiritual needs, we must learn the power of prayer. We must plead with the Lord, like the disciples of old, saying, “Lord, teach us to pray.” Pr 3.3
That God is willing and ready to hear and to respond to our heartfelt prayers under all circumstances is profoundly reassuring. He is a loving Father who is interested both when things are going well and when the vicissitudes of life deal us devastating, tough, and terrible blows. When we feel like crying out, “God, where are You?” It is good to know that He is just a prayer away.

EXODUS - Quarterly Link
The God revealed in the book of Exodus is the loving Lord who at the appointed time—and with His mighty actions—brought salvation and deliverance to His people (Gen. 15:12–16). The exodus from Egypt and the crossing of the Red Sea were pivotal and unique events—God’s spectacular and marvelous acts.
No greater or more glorious event ever happened in the history of ancient Israel before the Cross.
It is the gospel, but according to Moses.
Though Moses plays an important role in Exodus, this book is not about Moses but about God—the God of love, truth, justice, freedom, and forgiveness, the God who ultimately went to the cross for us. By studying Exodus, we get a unique look at what our God is really like.
